About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Practitioner (Any Level) to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for participants through the development and implementation of person-centered behaviour support plans. This position requires collaboration with participants, families, support coordinators, and carers to ensure a holistic approach to behaviour support.

Tasks & Responsibilities
Conduct behaviour assessments
Create interim and comprehensive PBSP's that will then be delivered to the appropriate avenues, along with delivering training to carers and support teams
Collaborate with participants, families and support coordinators to ensue a holistic approach is provided to participants
Provide the training that supports all behaviour support plans, and make adjustments when and if needed
Continuous monitoring of behaviours and updating behaviour recording data
Maintain case notes through Participant files on Mypcorp
Proficient in uploading appropriate data to PRODA
Proficient in billing services
Participate in team meetings and discussions relating to work
Qualifications & Experience
Proficient in Behaviour Support
Proof of endorsement
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working With Children check (WWC)
Australian drivers license
