Kim has over 20 years of experience across multiple Government Federal, State, and community systems. With a strong focus on inclusive support practices, advocacy, and risk mitigation, Kim provides expert consultancy and collaborates effectively within support teams and allied health systems.

Behaviour Support Practitioner
Troy has a background in paramedicine, which led him to behaviour support based on his experiences meeting families that did not have access to the long-term supports they needed. Troy is passionate about supporting participants towards life-long outcomes including improved quality of life, which is often over-looked in disability services. Troy is also a father of two and has personal experience implementing strategies, so understands the real-life impact and reality of what is achievable.

Kaleb brings a wealth of expertise and a deep commitment to enhancing individual and family well-being through his role. His strengths lie in his ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and craft tailored support plans that address unique needs. Kaleb’s advanced clinical reasoning skills enable him to develop and implement effective behaviour interventions while adhering to ethical standards. His dedication to training and supporting others, combined with his ability to forge strong partnerships with service providers, highlights his invaluable contribution to positive behavioural support and psychological therapies.

Ashleigh
Behaviour Support Practitioner
In addition to being a PBSP, Ashleigh has a background in early intervention therapy and carer lead capacity building programs. Along with a Bachelor of psychology with a minor in children and family services.

Kerri is a wife and mother of two, as well as a huge animal lover. Her previous roles have been in the mental health support work space followed by support coordination. She is passionate about connecting with her clients, discovering their personal goals and values, and then supporting them on their journey to living their life to the fullest, the way that they envision.

Tristan comes from a vast experience and study across many sectors including engineering, mining, transport, and hospitality. He is a hidden element to Monarch Wellbeing assisting in the technology and administration of the team, so that they can focus efforts on providing the best possible support to their clients.

Michelle
Behaviour Support Practitioner
Michelle is a dedicated Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioner and Emergency Department Registered Nurse, with a strong academic foundation. Known for her passion for learning, she holds a Bachelor of Nursing, a Postgraduate Certificate in Emergency Nursing, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
Her professional focus includes forensic mental health, youth justice, and supporting individuals with sexualised behaviours, all underpinned by a commitment to promoting dignity, understanding, and personalised interventions. Michelle applies a compassionate, evidence-based approach to supporting individuals with complex needs. With dual expertise in healthcare and psychology, she strives to create positive, lasting outcomes through tailored, person-centred care.

Stacey has extensive experience in practice management, specifically with hearing devices distributed through the Hearing Services Program in partnership with the Australian Government. She is committed to making a positive difference by helping individuals daily and values working in an environment that allows her to achieve this goal.
